I applied in Hanoi as a real estate agent in the Us. I can send you a list of what I sent in. Hanoi never asked for additional docs and it was approved in 4 days , back in March this year.

It means you have to go in and show your passport etc. depending on which branch I would bring tm30, lease agreement long term , any more documentation that you live here long term and pray 😂

Why was my DTV visa application rejected despite providing required documents?

It’s not your travel history. I was told the same in January at DMK. Come in on the correct visa next time or you may not need let in. So I went to Hanoi last week and got the DTV. I probably would leave out the poker comment. Did you email them and ask them for a reason. Sometimes they will respond.

Should I explain the address discrepancy in my cover letter or get a new gym invitation letter?

My bank statement s showed 2 different addresses. Tax return showed an address that one of those bank statements showed. I’m not sure that are looking. For matching addresses more so the balance. Sounds like you are submitting a Muay Thai DTV and not sure if they need tax returns but check with others for sure.
