Why is my account number missing in the Bangkok Bank app?
Just updated my Bangkok bank app and logged in and my account number is missing. It shows that I’ve got no accounts. No other notifications.

This happened to me a few times on their website. Close your browser and clear cache. Maybe turn off VPN too.

Where is the full story? How long have you had the account? Are you using it frequently? Any "suspicious" or large transactions lately? Using wise, revolut I.e to transfer funds?

If close to no activity on the account, you may be facing a shutdown of your account.

They are now pushing people to update their account information and prove they are legit long-term expats.

By update do you mean you uninstalled and reinstalled? Or was it just a standard update?

It means you have to go in and show your passport etc. depending on which branch I would bring tm30, lease agreement long term , any more documentation that you live here long term and pray 😂

Unfortunately it is becoming frequent and classic for DTV holders : account freezing/closing. Plenty of stories here.

You need to contact the branch. Some have been freezing accounts of DTV holders. There are posts in the group about it.
