I live here but I’m a flight crew for US airline . I’m in and out every month and sometimes multiple times a month if I go to visit other SE Asian countries . Entered though DMK and BKK multiple times and never had a question. I also don’t identify I’m crew.

I opened my account in Sept of last year with Bangkok Bank on a visa exempt stamp through an agent. In Oct I received my DTV and Sat last week I had a hold put on it. Couldn’t withdraw, scan to pay do anything. Monday I spoke with bank over phone and sent them documentation of my Passport, DTV, last years and this years lease, my foreign biz documents, TM 30 and 6 month statement of money coming into and out of my BB account and had the hold lifted.

I was suspended and I sent docs on Monday. They lifted the suspension and told me I was good to go

I’m having hard time believing that. I went to 6 different branches plus the Head office and was told no. Need work permit! That was before I got DTV. Which branch?

Just fly to Taipei. It’s easy and you can do in person and takes 2days.
