Bought multiple condos in Bangkok, all appreciated and they are giving me 7-10% net. You need to study and do proper analysis. If you have never invested, don’t give advise.

You can ask for advice in this group where we all own pets and we moved with them :) you might need to organize several trips or involve friends as usually you can bring 2 cats per passenger. Bangkok Pet Lovers

thank you Tod. That means that I could use that visa later on (the remaining part) or does it expire in the first declared date? For example I did it in 2023 and I will expire in 2028. If I get another visa (DTV, business) will this postpone the expiration of the elite ? Thank you
