Do you have to be outside Thailand when applying for a visa through e-Visa website or not necessary?

I got the DTV visa

But now I'm embracing wize for my girlfriend.

If I have a company in Hong Kong and she is listed as a director in the company's certificate of incorporation is this document enough?

Is it possible to get a DTV when I just started freelancing this month and I've got no registered company?

I started freelancing this month for one client and I've invoiced about $2000 so far. I don't have a registered company as it's more beneficial to me tax wise to freelance as a private person. But I am a freelancer and I am making money, will be taking on more clients as fast as I can. I've got the 500K THB in a bank account.

Should I be eligible to get the DTV visa?

And any advice on what documents I can provide besides my portfolio and the work contract?

My current extension will expire nov 28th

I made a transfer September 26th to bring bank account above 400,000 the

It shows on my statement 26th September at 7 pm

Now looking at updated bank book it shows up as September 27th

My question is will immigration accept the transaction date of 26th ? Or should I wait to the 27th to go to immigration to apply for extension?

I'm guessing the 27th but would appreciate any qualified advice from previous experiences!

Another question does immigration require updated photos each extension 🤔

Hi, I'm planning applying for a DTV from KL. So I'll spend a couple of weeks in a hotel there. Does anyone know if an invoice/receipt from the hotel is sufficient evidence of being out of the country? If not, what evidenec would work/

Is there a full list of everything we must submit when applying for a DTV Visa? I will go to Jakarta and apply in person nxt week. I will bring

* Passport copy

* Muay Thai gym receipt

* Muay Thai gym’s company registration + the owner’s passport + work permit

* Three months of my bank statements

* Two photo copies of my face

* Cash for the visa application fee (IDR 5,600,000)

* Proof of stay (Jakarta hotel booking)

Do I need anything else?
