Quick TM30 question, I am living in Hua Hin, i am on a 12 month multi entry O visa based on marriage, the visa expires sept 2019, I need to do a border run, out & in same day, do I need to report to immigration to complete a TM30 ?

Just in case someone mentions it, my other 'border runs' I have left Thailand for longer periods on holiday .

I'd like to get a couple of things clarified if possible. Firstly, about border bounces, in my case to activate another entry on a one year multi-entry O visa. Secondly, the TM 30.

1. As I have to border bounce every 90 days (Maesai), am I still tied to the rule of maximum two land crossings per calendar year? Or, can I make more than two land crossings if it's only for this purpose?

2. Do I need to get a new TM30 every time I border bounce, as a result of being issued with a new TM 6? It's a round trip within a day.

3. I have lived at the same residence for my entire stay in Thailand. If I or my landlord have to inform Chiang Mai immigration, what information will they require and do I need to go to their office?

Many thanks in advance.
