Your opinion is allowed and providing its within the FB TOS you will be fine providing it is not malicious and does not go against that countries laws. If you have had a bad/good experience with a company you are allowed to voice it on facebook within reason, peados are a different matter as obviously you take the law into your own hands then and give them a good kicking thats just standard in any country.

I could agree with not leaving false reviews on a company, aka if you leave a negative review yet have never used the service, well that is against FB TOS and they would remove it in that case.
