You can use Thai Post registered delivery for reliability. Took 1 week before COVID-19 but is currently taking 2-3 weeks.

He prob means a document like a degree. Im in same situation. I need my degree stamped at Thai embassy UK. So may hv to send it back to my family. Buti don't wanna be waiting 8 weeks or anything like that....i know they say 5 days but that was before Covid... anyone done it recently? How long there and back?

DHL are expensive. I had to send some A4 signed sheets (about 8 sheets) and it cost £44!!
