I’m pretty sure that the reply has been edited. Or I’m an idiot and didn’t see that part.

are you sure the 400k฿ needs to be in a Thai bank account? I know that the money doesn’t have to be seasoned, as I’ve seen others stating they didn’t have seasoned money in a Thai bank account.

if you’re using them, make sure you’re there around 4am. They promptly leave at 4:30am.

yes, it’s 3500฿ for a westerner.

I’ve used this company many times in the past. I’m actually using them again on Saturday. I would recommend them.

It’s an ordeal, most times, getting your full deposit back.

Did you document the sofa plastic when it started falling apart? Did you contact your landlord once it started? If so, you should be fine as you have notified them and have documentation of it.

If not, you’re more than likely going to lose at least part of the deposit. One thing I’ve learned here in Thailand. Document everything when it comes to rentals. Good luck.

it was in Bangkok. I will say, the immigration officer we seen wasn’t very friendly. You could tell, that wasn’t a proper job for her.

I will add. I didn’t do the 30 day extension first. I went straight for the 60 day extension. After she denied me I went with the 30 day and she approved it.

I’m almost positive when I was here in a TV I was denied the 60 day extension. If I had my old passport I’d be able to double check but I’m almost 100% certain they denied me at that time.
