Arriving on a 60 day visa exempt stamp

TM30

It has been awhile since I’ve arrived using the visa exempt stamp. Unfortunately, I have a deadbeat landlord who refuses to file the TM30 for me. In the past, I’ve always went to CW to file the TM30, as I was on a Non-O visa.

I’m wondering, which office do I go to file the TM30 when arriving using the visa exempt stamp?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, after arriving in Thailand on a 60-day visa exempt stamp, seeks information on where to file a TM30 form due to issues with their landlord. Comments clarify that the TM30 should be submitted in person at the Chaengwattana office, while a 30-day extension can be processed at IT Square Laksi Plaza.

Okay, we're getting our wires crossed

It appears that people are talking about TWO completely different things.

The O/P KNOWS they get a 30 day extension on a visa exempt entry at IT Square Laksi Plaza

That isn't what they're asking

They want to know WHERE to go to file a TM30 in person

and

that is not IT Square, it's Chaengwattana

After that they can go get the 30 day extension at IT Square

If you are submitting TM30 (address registration) in person, you have to go to Chaengwattana office. If you are applying for 30-day tourism extension, you will go to the IT Square Laksi Plaza office.

yes, I do remember I have to go to Lak Si to do the extension. I forgot which place I had to go for the TM30 when arriving on an exempt stamp.

Thanks Ellie.
