 you have to have correct number of Thai shareholders but work permit not required for opening a business

 thats what accountants and lawyers are for and you would only be able to own as a foriegner 49 % of company (unless you are american) and 51 % of shares have to be in Thai person names I dont think majority share holders would have any issues
