 they are wrong. Penang are now strict on issuing back too back tourist visas but there is no official limit.

 who knows? Nobody can say what policy will be tomorrow. You certainly wouldnt get a 4th visa on the bounce if you applied in Penang i doubt.

Lucian Avadani no limit. The only limit is entering via a land border visa exempt which is twice a year.

 you can get as many 60 day tourist visas as an embassy or consulate is willing to issue you and can enter with those visas as many times as immigration will allow.
