TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is concerned about the consequences of their visa expiring four months prior, as they plan to fly to India the next day. Comments indicate that they will likely face a fine of up to 20,000 baht and a possible one-year re-entry ban when they attempt to leave Thailand. It is suggested that getting to the airport is crucial to avoid being detained. There is uncertainty about the exact penalties, but the community agrees on the likelihood of a fine based on their overstay.

Well I hope you all get fun, took me long time to delete all of your comments which have nothing to do with Thai Visa advice. Thanks for waisting my time boys and girls. Please go play on other facebook pages and keep this page an information and advice page that really helps people.
, take no notice of the sad twats on here. Get to the airport, make sure you have 20k cash, be prepared to sign some paper, lose your 20k, and be banned for 1 year.
Don't get caught beforehand, it will land you with a 5 year ban.
are you going through immigration in Bangkok or elsewhere in Thailand? I suppose you'd pass through BKK anyway...

Make sure you make it to the airport . Once inside you will be fine . If you get stopped before making it to the airport then you will or could have a lot of trouble .

I don't mind paying any fine as long as I'm allowed to go. My question is on what probable punishment will I get. On a different note, circumstances surrounding the overstay was beyond my control (don't want to go into details) Thanks

You will get locked up if you get caught before you get to the airport. So don't do that ๐
