It’s been a couple years since I’ve been there. At that time they had different prices posted for nationalities. Prices were all posted in U.S. dollars. At the time that was the preferred currency they wanted to be paid in.

@Graham *******
Before February 28 he has to leave and re enter to get the extra year . No re entry required. Yes you are correct, when he leaves again in March he will need a re entry permit.

Sorry maybe I was confused as to what he was asking.

@Graham *******
If you look at the Visa in your passport it should say multiple entry.

@Graham *******
The first year of OA is multiple entry , so you don’t need a re entry permit.

In order to reset your 90 day report you should do a new TM30. If you don’t you may run into problems when 90 day report comes around.
Sid *******
When you get back just make sure you do a TM30 address update even if returning to same address. That will automatically reset your 90 day report. If any questions at the time of report just show re entry stamp, but they should have that all that in their computer.

You actually need to have 20,000 Baht or equivalent on you in person. Border IO’s normally will not accept a bank statement.

I had a friend told the same thing . IO told him next year to just bring in letter from embassy instead of bank statements.
