I am in the process of filling out forms for O-A Visa I downloaded from Thai Embassy in Ottawa ,Canada.  Couple of Questions I'm not to sure about.                                                    - Proposed address of stay in Thailand . I am assuming that would be the Hotel or Guest house I will be going to when I arrive.                                                                                                   -Reference Person in Thailand  . Not sure on that one                          -Countries for which passport is valid. Not sure What that means either.                                                                             Hoping someone is familiar with these forms                                 Thank-you
