It's ridiculous that this form is even needed. It makes engaging in a transaction more difficult and makes people like myself less likely to make major purchases and contribute to the economy. Sometimes I feel like the only thing worth investing in here is a paper mill.

Tian was 500 also, they are the ones that increased the price to 1000. I think they had to do it due to their arrangements.
