my gf is French, we live in Bulgaria, we're not going to be in The Netherlands at all... This whole system makes no sense for us. Trying to apply in Bucharest now, it's where Bulgarian residents are supposed to get it. We'll see I guess.
I'm having the same issue. I'm flying from Paris to Thailand, but will be staying in Paris with my girlfriend's mother before the flight. So wtf am I supposed to upload here?
second this. Any transfer out of Thailand is difficult and expensive. Withdraw as cash, change to USD, then bring it with you is the best option. (if it's not an enormous amount)
