Youre using a free exemption to live there and they wont like that. They think you are abusing their benevolence of the exemption purposes

Philippines has some great scuba diving! Cambodia would need it more,( would be my guess), but do what you can that works for you. A farm would be a great haven to rescue animals.Best of luck with whatever you decide. I love the fact that thailand lets animals free. America calls it humane to cage them up and euthanize them! The world belings to all.
