You should book a new flight to America through Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong or Korea. Qatar airspace is closed until further notice.

yup, did that and selected Kingdom of Thailand. Selected the right province. When I clicked Review, the website told me that my Country of Residence was incorrect. I tried several times, same results. The only thing that worked was selecting USA.

Try to report online 12 or 13 days before the due date, but not less than 7 days. If they reject you, you still have time to do in-person before the due date. If they send you a new 90 day report date via email, you've saved yourself a trip to immigration.

It depends on which Immigration office you're going to.

I just extended my retirement visa here in Bangkok and just used a Bangkok Bank statement showing incoming monthly international transfers.
