I'm doing my Non-O Retirement visa extension this coming week at Chang Watthana and I'm going to attempt to change over to the income based, as opposed to the 800k banked (I still have the banked 800k, just in case).
How many days (or hours) ahead of my immigration appointment should I get the official one year bank statement and updated bank book? Or maybe it doesn't matter as long as it was generated within the last 30 days?
From past experience using the banked 800K, I received the statement and bank book updated from the bank the day of.
TIA
TLDR : Answer Summary
For your Non-O Retirement visa extension at Chang Watthana, obtaining your official one-year bank statement and updated bank book is generally advised to be done within a week prior to your appointment. Recent advice indicates bank documents should be no older than 7 days, while your bank book must be updated on the same day of your application. However, it's ideal to confirm these requirements directly with your immigration office, as there may be differing interpretations of the rules.
