its super simple, just make sure you are nice to the I/O...with land border crossings unless the policy has changed you only get 30 days on a visa waiver, if you fly in you get the 45 days visa waiver stamp....just FYI so you are not disappointed...

no problems at all, just make sure you can still do land border crossings, you can only do 2 per year...

First off Don’t get arrested before going to immigration or the airport, prepare 14,000 Baht in cash for payment at the airport/immigration office…buy some Red Fanta to make merit in the morning…good luck

Get the 6 month METV if you meet the requirements before you arrive…if not get the 60 day SETV visa with a border hop (fly not ground) you can get 105 days out of it…

There is no limit on fly out/in per regulations, however it’s up to the IO at the airport on how they interpret it…apply for the new digital nomad visa or buy the elite visa
