Has anyone been denied entry after their initial 180 day stay with an approved DTV visa because they had to show continued soft power activity (muay thai, cooking, etc)?
Hello everyone. I was denied entry into Thailand based on a 60-day exemption. Will I have a problem entering with a DTV visa? Has anyone had a similar problem? How can I re-enter Thailand? I don't have an entry ban.
Seeking Justice for a Minor Visa Application Error 🇹🇭🚫
Pls help!
My husband's Thai eVisa application was denied due to a small mistake in his name format. The application showed "Muhammad M. Abullaah," but his passport omits the initial "M." Shockingly, we were denied the chance to correct the error and were informed that our 8,820 THB (AED 1,000) application fee won't be refunded.
Key points:
* Paid a significant fee (8,820 THB/AED 1,000)
* Rejected due to a minor error in name format
* No opportunity provided to rectify the mistake
* Unfair denial of refund or modification
Please share your advice on how to resolve this issue and seek justice for our situation. Your support is truly appreciated!
More of a nervous post. I'm going tomorrow for my non O marriage under consideration stamp. I've never heard of it and I've never been denied before. But what if it is denied? Do you just refile the paperwork? Or have to do a border run?
Someone told me they don't deny these for the marriage visas. Unless it's like a blatantly fake marriage or something.
Hi all, my tourist visa was denied because when they asked for additional documentation it did not align with the original accommodation. I originally had an invitation to stay, and for the additional documentation supplied a hotel accommodation because the invitee is also on a tourist visa.
My visa was cancelled by the Thai Embassy.
So now I am looking for an agent to help me complete my visa to be sure it won’t be denied again!
I am looking for some recommendations of reputable companies and agents.
I was just wondering if anyone has been denied a DTV visa (workaction), and so then applied through the soft power route, and if you were successful? Or would being denied once through the workaction DTV route go against you applying for the soft power route?
I'm applying for the workaction DTV in the States NYC, already submitted the application, and was asked for additional documents, which I can provide, but at the end of the day, their requirements keep changing and it's out of my control whether they approve or deny.. I do have a remote full time job, but I planned on taking some cooking classes anyway just for pleasure, so wouldn't mind at all applying for the DTV with a cooking school, if the workaction DTV application were denied.. But I have family in Thailand so it would mean a whole lot if I could be approved for the DTV either route..
Any thoughts?
Thank you to everyone in advance for any input or experience you may have to share.. 🙏🏽
Apologies if this isn't allowed here. But my daughter got her US citizenship today and my girlfriend got denied her Visa to the USA. I was also recently denied my Non-Immigrant O visa to Thailand for "insufficient paperwork". The only thing I can figure out is that my daughter has not had her birth certified as being my daughter.
Does anyone have experience writing their congressman in the USA to help with Visa help? I really want my parents to meet their granddaughter, but my Mom is not healthy enough to fly here to Thailand.
I will take any advice for my situation to stay in Thailand with my daughter and travel to the USA with her as well. If anyone knows somebody that can certify a birth for a 6 month old child I would really appreciate it too. Thank you.
