she’s on first part of right to remain (Leave to enter) ! She’s only been here since March, she’s done her A1 English and we are in process of setting her up with the next bit then later the English life test ! (She can stay 2.5 years before doing the next bit) But meantime we want to travel around a bit on holidays etc but I don’t want to take her to Europe etc and be turned away because we haven’t got the correct paperwork! Where do I apply and what am I asking for ? Or is she tied to the Uk and can’t go anywhere to visit or holiday ? I’m asking on here because I’m sure someone will have faced the same problems and got a solution and so could possibly aim me in the right direction? Thanks 🙏

where do I get that please ? All our visa shizzle was sorted in Thailand early last year ! Never done anything to do with visas here in the UK ?

My wife flys in in March not seen her for almost 14 months had to jump through a million f••••••g hoops and spent almost £8000 on visa process for her actual visa with medical (they even tested her for TB ffs 🤦‍♂️ ) be glad when all this guff is over with ! We have a home out there but we won’t be returning to it anytime soon, got a house sitter in to take care of it ..

I screen shot my passport and visa entry slip and a also usually carry a photocopy of it in a sealed plastic A4 sleeve !

I used Chang visa in Pattaya for my Wife’s first holiday visa ! You’d be better going for the Visitor visa it’s expensive for all visas but a holiday visa is only for 6 months

it’s the cost ! I have to get a Covid test here then I have to be tested again in Thailand, Then I have to quarantine at my own expense in a government hotel, everywhere someone has their hand out for money. My wife can travel to Uk and Quarantine in our home here ! We can rent our home out in Thailand!
