You cannot be on holiday/vacation all the the time. The evisa website explicitly mentions DTV is for “workcation” and Soft power. Why should one lie about it?

If you’re here for a holiday, you don’t need DTV.

Thai evisa website literally uses the word “Workcation”. I come here every alternate month stay here for atleast a month or more. Cannot justify it as Tourism/Holiday or Vacation everytime.

I had read someone’s post in a different group. They had applied in Delhi under soft power and got rejected. Funds was not an issue for them, but employment was.

Do not apply from India under any category if you’re uncertain that you will be able to provide strong documents about your employment.

FDs, SIP, Stocks etc are not accepted. Only liquid.

Along with Bank statements, you must also attach your ITR.
