 the last 2 times I entered thailand, Wasn’t asked either for the visa or the tdac.

Not sure how it works.

Sometimes they indeed asked me to show the dtv. They verbally asked “show your visa”.

 Visa process is completely online now. VFS is no longer involved. Approvals are very quick.

 I applied a Vietnam visa last month. I got it for my travel dates + a week extra.

This was not same before, in 2022, I had got a visa for a full month.
