Have any one applied for DTV visa , Soft Power (course's cooking,Myung thai etc) From INDIA. On Freelance working status.

If you are freelancer, just apply DTV under Remote work. No need to buy any soft power course and yes, if you are indian you also can apply at your home country only if you want to travel and apply other country still fine.
