Wise was good for me for awhile. When I attempted to change eE-mail and password I could not. So I got lucky and found Remitly, great service and recommended by friends. Keeps a running record of all your transactions.

In America, when you renew your PP, the old one goes with the application when mailed off. I took a picture of old one. I hated to part with it. Maybe when new one comes , the old may be with it?

in America one can pay extra and have it expedited ,. Do it in Canada and carry official documents that you have. Copy your current PP, or take your chances and do it in Canada by mail after returning home. Must be done anyway, one way or another.

Bottom line; virtually impossible, even as a volunteer for a much needed cause. Jobs in Thailand are even difficult for their own average people. If Thais are over fifty and seek work impossible. Even when somewhat skilled.
