I’m applying for a DTV visa for cooking classes in Thailand. The Thai/British Embassy requires the course to last at least one month. I’m being quoted 65k baht. £1500 for a one month course. No accommodation. Is this what you expect to pay.

Are you allowed to enroll in Thai language classes while living in Thailand on a Non-O retirement extension? At some point I'd like to learn the language - would I need to switch to education visa to do that? I haven't found anything on this online. TIA for any advice!

Does anyone know if you can perpetually study a non four year degree ie language classes or dive school etc and just keep renewing or reapplying each year for another 1 yr education VISA?. Thanks. I'm willing to legit study. I'm on a pension. Too young to get retirement Visa there. Starting a new thread here to be more direct.

Hi Everyone! I’m curious about anyone’s experiences with, or advice for:

1. Applying for an ED visa while in Thailand versus applying from home country (USA)

1. Changing visa while in Thailand from a 60-day single-entry Tourist Visa to an ED visa

I’m currently taking Thai language classes over Zoom via TSL Chiang Mai, and intend to continue my language studies in Chiang Mai. Thank you!

Hello! My name is Roman James Mirov. I am nineteen years old. I have come from California on Thursday, June 24, 2022, to visit my father who works in Bangkok as an English teacher. I have decided to stay in Bangkok for two years to catch up on my help desk technician certifications. Will you please explain to me in points, if possible, what my long stay visa options are? My father told me that I may need to take Thai classes to show that I am receiving education here, but this information is not clear to me. I really appreciate everyone’s input and time answering my question.
