Some immigration office are stricter than others. To my knowledge you need 800,000 Thai baht on your initial application, and needs to be in a Thai bank for a minimum of 30 days, at least where I applied that was the information, you also need to show documented evidence that it came from overseas

And again if you renew in 12 months,

The 90 day reporting you only show your passport,

Again it depends on the office you go to,

So it's advisable to check with them

I got the visa after I arrived, changed from tourist to non Immigrant

Just do a border run out and in no problem, Myanmar or Malaysia, can do the same day

It's an additional year you will get. I'm doing the same thing and putting in my application in March

If entering Thailand it's still Inernational arrivals,

I don't know how people get the wrong Stamp's in their passport, as it is checked on the way in,

However not sure about the address change, I would just go in and change it at immigration to be safe,
