You can go fill in the (tr7 I think) and fill in the tm30 yourself, get a copy of your landlords 🆔 and blue book and take them with you.

I believe the proof of coming from overseas is only the 90 day visa, extensions the money can stay in the bank

Majo Lacko you cannot get a 1 year extension for being married to a Thai on a tourist visa, I believe you have to get a 90 day visa based on being married to a Thai then apply for a 1 year extension, you should also check it out with your local immigration office as I don't have the knowledge about Slovenian requirements. Or Slovakian
