We travel constantly within Thailand, staying at hotels, little resorts and even home stays.

They do the TM30 stuff and I’ve never had any Immigration issues about it.

I always do the 90 Day online - no problems!

At the annual extension, it’s not even mentioned.

Phuket taxis are the worse scam in Thailand. Totally aimed at tourists!

Those taxi drivers have a mafia approach to it!

You need 800,000 baht in a Thai bank account. There are rules about this.

Don’t worry about monthly income as you already said you don’t have “a very good one” per month.

You can do this yourself easily. And not waste money on the leeches out there, eg Agents!

My experience is that in any of the touristy areas, the store vendors will never sell at a loss. Never, never!

Haggling is expected and you (the tourist) is seen as an opportunity! If you don’t haggle you are simply giving a gift. Up to you.

Always check prices across a number of vendors. Haggle and learn what the price window is.

Once you’ve done your research, go for it with a vendor who has the product you like. Smile, be happy, make fun, never get angry (very, very rude).
