Budget for 10 - 15k baht per month on a condo. Don’t choose an area until you’ve traveled to a few places. Enjoy this travel around Thailand.

Get a scooter or bike as it gives you mobility and is fun. Wear proper gear and get health insurance that covers riding motorcycles! Look at the fine print, ok!
