🤣🤣😆😆 yes EXACTLY!! I agree 100% with the "checking everything 10 times part". I screenshot every page in the event it was rejected for the same reason. I wouldn't say I am upset over paying two application fees but I feel some form of improvement needs to be made to that part of the website

I was rejected for this same reason. Seems that the autofill function is not working properly when the Biodata page is uploaded but the website also clearely states that "we must check the details ourselves before submission". I emailed but received no reply and was advised by this group that the only action I could take was to re-apply which I did under Remote worker. I am currently awaiting and hoping for approval after being requested for further documents submission

I submitted Monday night 08th. Yesterday 28th I received a request for more documents which I submitted a few hours ago. The system is setup to work exclusively via the portal

Thank you everyone for the excellent comments, this may help others avoid this issue when using the E-Visa portal. All your comments and valuable time are very appreciated. At least I have clarity over whether pursuing the first fee would be a waste if time 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I actually didn't even consider this as I am here in Malaysia and simply followed "the rules". I guess I joined the group too late 😅
