How can I check the status of my DTV application after 10 days of submission at the embassy?

I submitted my DTV application 10 days ago in Kuala Lumpur. Checking on the website my application is still pending document check. Would anyone know if there is a way to check (at the embassy) if the application has somehow got 'stuck in the system'?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the status of their DTV visa application submitted 10 days prior in Kuala Lumpur, which is still pending document check. Community responses suggested checking the embassy's website for processing times and noted that delays are common, especially if the application is in the e-visa system. One user mentioned receiving a request for additional documents, which implies communication may occur throughout the process.

Have you checked on the Embassy website about the processing time.

I submitted Monday night 08th. Yesterday 28th I received a request for more documents which I submitted a few hours ago. The system is setup to work exclusively via the portal

If it is e-visa system, I think it is normal. If you don’t hear from them, it means there are a lot of applications ahead of you and your file is waiting to be handled. Next step is “Ask more documents OR Pending Approval”
