Is there a way to make an FAQ pinned to the top? With so many posts, it's hard to find specific answers, so easier to ask again.

Hello, I applied strong power DTV visa on March 11 in Ho Chi Minh. I'm programmer who works remotely with foreigner companies. All my documents are fine. They requested additional documents on March 16 and since then the status of my application haven't changed - it's still 'pending documents check'. Have you ever experienced such a delay? Is it normal? Maybe I should go to their office and ask about the progress in person? For now it feels like that my application was lost somewhere in the queue. I Tried to email them also - emails don't pass through. Thanks 🙏

Document indicating current location?

No utility bills. Anyone used drinking license or bank letters for this?

Has anyone successfully used a sponsor letter instead of showing 500,000 THB in their own bank account for the DTV visa?

I’m planning to apply for the DTV visa, but I don’t currently have 500,000 THB in my personal bank account.

I saw on the embassy website that financial evidence can include a sponsor letter or a guarantee letter of at least 500,000 THB.

Has anyone here actually been approved using a sponsor letter instead of showing the full amount in their own account?

If yes, could you please share:

• Which country you applied from

• Whether the sponsor was a family member or employer

• What documents you submitted (bank statement of sponsor? proof of relationship?)

• Whether the visa was approved without additional requests

I’d really appreciate real experiences before I submit my application.

Thank you

Can anyone tell me if there is a 180 day Visa

Previously i have had a retirement and marriage visa but my wife is currently working in Korea and i don't have 800000baht in my account for the retirement, so it makes it a bit hard.

I do have my Thai pink ID card and the house yellow book but not sure if that makes any difference.

Our house is in Nong Khai Province

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I just want to take a moment to commend everyone in this group. I've read responses to my and others' inquiries, and no matter how major or minor the topic, the overwhelming majority of responses are genuinely helpful and constructive.
