so would do 90 day reporting but not have to do paperwork to leave and re enter each time I leave Thailand in the first year .

One more question , you guys are so help full . I will be heading back to us In Jan for family stuff . Am thinking at that time I could apply for single entry non immigrate O visa . $80 Then when I return go to immigration here to extend to a one year.
