TLDR : Answer Summary
A Filipino looking to apply for a 90-day Non-Immigrant Visa to work as a teacher in Thailand must obtain a documentation package from their employer, which is essential for securing the visa. Specific details can also be found on the Thai Consulate's website in Vientiane, Laos.

he needs to get the documentation package from his employer. They will give him what he needs to get a 90 day, single-entry, Non-Immigrant Type B <-(business) visa.

This is the information off the website of the Thai Consulate in Vientiane Lao.
