What are the rules for the 800,000 baht requirement for a retirement visa in Thailand?

800,000 baht can be come from anywhere to your bank and keep in the time as required.

BUT if you apply by using monthly income 65,000 baht per month, this required to transfer from abroad only. Immigration will not accept from Thailand. If still confuse, please PM me. Im visa agent, but no charge for consult.

You need to do TM30 first then bring your passport with 1 passport photo there to get the residence certificate.
