true..and there is no stable commodity price..if you go to a market vendors price their commodities as they wish..here in Thailand, 20baht is always 20baht..

thank you..that's what concerns me Bec in the past years we are just ok with 30 day exempt then extend walk in then land border..no issues at all seeing we have a home and we had once a retirement visa and no issues with anyone..hoping for a longer stay in Thailand though despite changes in the rules..
