Aplogies if this is already been discussed, I am just trying to obtain recent information. From my understanding there is currently no limit on land border crossings? I only ask as I will be undergoing medical treatment in malaysia and will need to do roughly 5 visits over a the course of 3 months. I'm currently on visa exempt 60 days

TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, there are no formal limits on land border crossings into Thailand. However, immigration officers may scrutinize repeated entries and can deny entry if they suspect abuse of the visa exemption rules. It is recommended to ensure that your entries are justified, such as for medical treatment, to avoid potential issues with immigration.
Thank you for the question OP and to everyone, this is all great information. I have planned on visiting Bangkok, Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa, going over to Cambodia and visit for 30 days, but wanted to come back to Chiang Mai for a month before flying onwards to Vietnam for three months.
The limit has been removed, however you should note as always, it's down to the immigration officer you're facing at the time and you're not guaranteed entry
There is no limit written into the law, but that doesn't mean you can use it for an unlimited number of times. If the immigration officers think you are abusing the free tourist entries, they will question you and potentially deny you entrance.
