Can we travel to Malaysia with our car ( with the car passport) to exit since 90 days visa is expiring. Will there be a problem to get out of Malaysia back to Thailand with the intention to get another 60 days visa exempt. Tia .

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is inquiring about the possibility of traveling to Malaysia with their car to exit Thailand before their 90-day visa expires, and whether they would face any issues re-entering Thailand to apply for another 60-day visa exemption. The discussion includes comments regarding the implications of using a car for this purpose and the necessary documentation and insurance. Some comments suggest that if the trip is merely for a border run, it may not be advisable to take the car.

If you're purpose is border run, I wouldn't take car across. If you're going as tourist, then probably okay with correct paperwork and insurance.
For the car to go thru, no problem for personal registered car, you just need to fill in the paperwork and get insurance, one of the shops before the border crossing will do it for a fee. Ask them to explain the process to you. On your visa to exit and return....someone in this visa group will advise.
