If you need it for EoS then ask your immigration office. Every province has its own rules, some say same day of application others grant 6 days

What issues will I face at immigration when leaving Thailand if my second 90-day report is overdue?

If your 90 d report was due on 22nd Jan and you tried to do it online on that day, then it was rejected because too late for online reporting there is a period time given: between 15 to 7 days before due day. You can‘t do it online on the last day.

The ETA has to be filed digitally before travelling to Thailand and you can only travel after approval. The (new form) of TM6 has to be made after arrival in Thailand.
