Do not buy flight tickets before the visa is granted.

Maybe that the gym, is overbooked until then.

You can’t wait until you are there, because you can’t apply for DTV inside Thailand.

It is best done in you homecountry, where the Embassy Staff will be familiar why the way documents are formed in that country.

Yet the tenent, hasn’t got the needed documents to do the TM30 themselves, they can only ask of a copy of the registration, to ensure it being done.

Asking for a copy, when checking in, is a good thing, then the landlord can make the copy simultaneously with the registration, and don’t have to search through papers to find it 2-3-4 weeks later when the tenant need it.

You may be rejected if the 500.000 Baht is in a joint account and not seperat account, corresponding with the name of the applicant.

If the money hasn’t been in the account for the prescribed length of time for that specific Embassy, then wait to apply until the money has been in the account long enough.

Start by renting accommodation, you may find out that, where you thought it was nice to stay, isn’t the right place.

Everyday life could be very different from holiday life.

Flightnumbers are like busnumbers, they tell the route, but not the exact date and time, so like the intended dates, you can easily put in flightnumber, without buying a ticket.

Certificat of residence has nothing to do with Embassies.

You get Certificat of residence at Immigration, when you have stayed long enough at a permanent adress.

Your TM30 runs out, when you change adress.

It is the landlord / hotel who are responsible for making the TM30, everytime a foreigner arrive at their premises.
