Hello , I have searched the group to find answers but I am not really clear as I have seen many responses.
I plan to arrive in Thailand July 1
I want to go ahead and apply for myself and my children DTV now (going the medical route)
I will have confirmation from doctor but I am confused during application will they ask me for an address I am staying at in Thailand . I do not have an address as I plan to just book a hotel for 1 week until I have my actual location I plan to live at.
So the question is do I have to book hotel now or can I just find one and put their name and address for the purpose of application?I do have my flight booked already as well.
2. How long after may I apply for my children ? And does each child need their own application ?
Morning all wanting to travel to thailand solo but a little apprehensive as i don't usually travel alone any good advice on where to stay etc most welcome?....
Hello, I am in Hong Kong with HKID. I am a Indian passport holder. I want to train muah thai in thailand for 2-3 months. From a google search, I see that I can get 14 days visa free entry with my passport.
If I go to apply for 2-3 months tourist visa on the thai website, I am asked for accommodations and acceptance of institute for the course I am taking.
I would like to get to Chiang Mai first, find what I like and train at that gym and find a condo.
I'm considering applying for a DTV for a workation as a business owner and have a few questions:
1. I haven't booked my flight tickets yet. Can I provide the flight number I'm planning to book, or do you require confirmed tickets? Is it acceptable if I end up booking a different flight later?
2. I intend to stay for over 100 days. My plan is to book a hotel for the first 5 days and then arrange alternative accommodation for the remainder of my stay. Is it okay to only provide information for the initial hotel? Additionally, since I don't have a hotel reservation yet, is that a necessary requirement?
Ill be coming into Thailand on exempt visa from Usa. Im going for the retirment visa. Whats my very first step getting off the plane? Look for a place to live or just get a hotel room? Or go see an agent first? I could really use step 123 advice please. Thanks
