I’m a single mom of two relocating to chaimang Hang Dong District the end of October im still in the states and wish to apply for the dtv with me and my 2 young children using hard power any help or do I have to wait until im there ?

You can’t wait until you are there, because you can’t apply for DTV inside Thailand.

It is best done in you homecountry, where the Embassy Staff will be familiar why the way documents are formed in that country.

You can apply while in the USA - you cannot apply in Thailand so if you did come here you would then have to leave to apply in Vietnam, Laos etc. The same is true of applying for the dependent visa for your kids. Much easier for you to apply for all of it in the USa and arrive with the visas
