yes the instructions are fine, but they are strict on the documents. For me I had to get a translation of my tax returns in English. this was the most difficult part. When you miss a document it causes major delays

yes it can be an evisa if you reside in a country where the give evisa. yes got mine electronically because it’s easier just upload documents no need to go to Bangkok
