Hi I bought a re-entry permit at DMK but need to change flight to BKK same day. Is my DMK stamp valid for flight out of BKK?

I haven't been back to the U.S. in years. What is the best way to get from Nakhon Sawan to Suvarnabhum Airport that does NOT involve a motorcycle taxi in Bangkok? The last time I took a motorcycle taxi in BKK was the last time I wanted to kill someone with my hands.

I will soon need a ride from Suvarnabhumi airport to Pattaya and back. Any suggestions on the best way to do that? I have a few bags so I am looking for a private car service.
