For thb, no paperwork for 5years is great, from pattaya its 3hours drive to get a new 180day stamp (when they stop playing wargames again). I have bangkok bank. 5year license is for only few visa types nowadays (and renewing takes less than 2hours total). I havent experienced any limitations in the past 16months with dtv here, only anonymous people who cant get dtv seem to have problems

I have been here since sep '21. And with DTV since aug '24 done 3 sameday border runs, so yes living here fantastic life. No problems with dtv, only jealous anonymous trolls make up stories, dont worry about them, we with dtv are priviledged 🥰
