*NOTE: My passport was issued in BANGKOK, but for ISSUING AUTHORITY, but I put CANADA.

Entered at BKK: No problems. We said hi to each other. BKK was my connecting flight to Phuket

I just received the approved email from the Thai embassy but there is no pdf file of the e-visa in the email.

Hello everyone,

Here’s my situation: I applied for the DTV Visa on Wednesday, February 26. My status was Pending Document Check for two days until today, Friday, February 28. They requested a more recent photo with a plain white background, which I uploaded. As soon as I submitted it, my status changed instantly to Pending Approval.

Has anyone in this group applied at the Jakarta embassy? If so, how long did it take after reaching Pending Approval to receive the visa?

(As a side question, is it possible that even after reaching Pending Approval, they might request additional documents?)

I have a flight back to Bangkok on Thursday, March 6. Should I keep my flight, or is it too uncertain? Thanks!

Has anyone had an email / update from the online visa system on a Saturday or Sunday, or do they only come on weekdays?

Visa approved - got the email at midnight.

Soft power - tiger eye. I used ilovepdf to merge the files into 1 pdf.

3 months bank statement

2 hours after i paid they asked for proof of flights and a better passport photo. I booked a fight and sent the pdf. I sent a selfie against a white wall and gf used an app to make the background white.

When i started my application I must have already had a try in Jan because there was a pending application from the 28th of Jan. Perhaps they approved my application faster as they might have thought in was waiting almost 1 month.

Or does it have to be from a brick-and-mortar traditional bank like Bank of China, Bank of America etc?

Today I crossed the border to Thailand, first time after got my DTV.

I presented a paper copy of my Visa Approval, but they did not even look at it, everyting was in the computer, can stay till August
