I have seen someone with softpower was asked in interview how will he support himself and he said remote work, which the embassy said is acceptable. But thats only internet talk, theres nothing official about that from the MFA. You can get the answer from your embassy (email is good), or if you are here now, go to immigration. I wouldnt ask here
I used scan to pay all the time. Pay electric with phone, internet with phone, shopee/lazada orders (dont have to be home when they arrive) and a lot of stuff... but you can do it all by cash too without problems, its how you prefer... my internet cannot be paid by cash (well i havent tried, 3bb), but can use credit card on their webpage. Nowadays I dont trusr bangkok bank too much so i dont keep much there anymore, I withdraw after transferring and use cash... Maybe some day I trust them again, now its been year and 6months with DTV and i still have my account (did the verifications last year)
yes and people from countries with DTA with Thailand, most likely dont have to pay any taxes even if bringing all income here. However, you still need to do the report. And its not visa related, only days in Thailand is what matters
I dont see anything odd in your post however? You didnt show her your visa which meant for her she did to do some digging in the computer system, delaying the queue for all the other people? Maybe she just saw you as a difficult person, there are big signs saying prepare documents beforehand. Thats to make things go smoothly, its a busy airport, imagine everyone having to talk with the IO because no dococuments prepared
