What are the best methods to transfer money from the US to Thailand without losing too much on exchange rates?

Go into your branch and withdrawal money directly with the teller using your us banks atm card. There is no fee charged by the Thai bank. I use Bangkok bank and Schwab. Using this method and exchange rate is almost identical to xe apps exchange rate

Follow up. Went priority line no problem getting thru but I am 65 so I guess they consider me elderly 😆
